Ammar bin Tamim, Acting CEO and Director of the Fleet Affairs Department of Dubai Taxi Agency, praised the great enthusiasm shown by the students and the efforts they had exerted during the training programme.

He said that the students had shown keenness in learning and taking maximum advantage of the programme.

He added that this would be helping them with their future aspirations to take over a number of positions consistent with their capabilities.

Regarding the importance of organising such programmes, Bin Tamim noted that the RTA wanted to achieve a number of objectives, including the development of scientific and practical aptitudes for the students participating in the summer training through connecting them with the applied aspects of works and gearing them up for the exercise of various tasks.

He said that organising the training programmes for the students also aims at preparing the national cadres for the future roles.
