RTA unit honours ambulance services

DUBAI — The Department of Customer Service Centres at the Strategic and Corporate Governance Sector of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has recently honoured the Unified Ambulance Services Centre of the Public Health Authority for the training course conducted by the Centre for the Customer Service staff at RTA.

Laila Ali bint Hareb, Director of Customer Service Centres of the RTA, honoured Omar Al Saqqaf of the Unified Ambulance Service Centre, for the tireless efforts he exerted in training the customer service staff in first aid.

The ceremony was also attended by Ahlam Al Feel, Manager of the Customer Service Centre, and Hammad bin Hamad, Manager of Sub-Centres of the RTA.

Laila said that event reflected the RTA’s desire to identify the efforts made by persons in training, qualifying or raising the educational awareness of the RTA staff.

She said the cooperation had increased between all the RTA agencies, departments and sections and the Unified Ambulance Service Centre in matters of safety and public health.

The two sides also exchanged mementos and the Unified Ambulance Services Centre dedicated the first aid kit to the RTA Customer Service Centres Department.
