RTA employees honoured
DUBAI —The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) yesterday honoured a number of its customer service employees, including coordinators of complaints, suggestions and reports, in recognition of their efforts towards minimising the level of customer complaints received by the RTA.
Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the RTA, said that honouring these employees is part of RTA efforts to motivate employees. “RTA has developed in-house incentives and rewards programmes for coordinators and staff attending to suggestion." he said.
