Roadshow to promote hunting exhibition
ABU DHABI - The Higher Organising Committee of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX 2008) which will be held under the patronage of Shaikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Emirates Falconers' Club, will conduct a roadshow in the Gulf Cooperation Council states from August 17 to August 27.
Chairman of the Higher Organising Committee Mohammed Khalaf Al Mazrouie said the important GCC tour aims at promoting the cultural and heritage event.
During the tour, he said, invitations will be sent to GCC citizens to participate in the cultural and heritage competitions to be staged on the sidelines of the exhibition.
Organisers announced that the exhibition space of 23,000 square metres has been fully booked by hundreds of exhibitors since June.
This event features camel and horse auctions, saluki beauty contests and art competitions.
