Indulge in delicious Ramadan treats reminiscent of home at the Raviz Center Point Hotel, as it promises an assortment of delicacies to make you go 'mmm..".
According to Manoj Padhi, its Group General Manager - Hospitality Division, the hotel strives to give guests a five-star experience with lavish décor, design and cuisine, but at a realistic affordable cost. With Ramadan in full swing, the hotel will serve a delectable Iftar buffet in a range of cuisines, and guests can customise meals according to their dietary preferences.
"For our valued guests, we have Ramadan Iftar and Suhoor offers available in our restaurants at special prices with extended timings. Adding an authentic charm, we will have a chef from Morocco with us, who will add another dimension to the wide assortment of food that we already serve during Iftar and Suhoor, i.e. to Indian, Arabic, Chinese, Thai, Indonesian and Malaysian cuisines," said Padhi.
The hotel maintains an impressive standard when it comes to dining, with Culinary Director Chef Robin Gomes at its helm. "We go beyond the service - from attitude to willingness to serve - which is what makes our hospitality truly stand out. I believe that you need to touch the hearts of people with food, instead of their pockets. That is what I remind my team, as we aim to leave an impression on our guests," said a passionate Chef Gomes, who is also an executive committee member of the Emirates Culinary Guild.
Chef Gomes ensures that there's something for everyone - from spice aficionados and sweet tooth to the health-conscious and those on dietary restrictions.  Furthermore, Raviz Center Point Hotel will extend its warm hospitality in a CSR effort this Holy month. "Ramadan is about caring and sharing. It has always been our endeavour to give and share our values with guests and residents of Dubai during this season. Last year, we'd shared 500 Iftar meals with taxi drivers at each of our hotels - Raviz Center Point Hotel in Bur Dubai and Versailles Hotel in Deira. This was a coordinated effort to give back to society and will continue to do the same this year," Padhi said.
Post-Ramadan, the hotel will welcome new chefs from Thailand and Vietnam to add Oriental diversity to cater to holiday groups that come from Fareast Asia. "As we also have Cambodian guests, we aim to bring in a Cambodian chef in the future. We believe in the importance of having chefs from a cuisine's country of origin so our guests can indulge in the ultimate comfort of home while abroad," he added.
Raviz Center Point Hotel has welcomed visitors from all over the world, and to date, holds a number of accolades, including the Continental Winner 2016 and Country Winner 2017 at the World Luxury Awards, and the Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor. It also offers corporate packages and facilities for conference and banquets with impeccable dining options for up to 40 people.
Raviz Center Point Hotel is an ancillary of the RP Group of Companies, an organisation that is en route to conquer the hospitality industry with its portfolio of resorts and hotels in the UAE and India. The group made its UAE debut in 2006 with the acquisition of Versailles Hotel in Al Rigga, Deira, followed by Raviz Center Point Hotel in Mankhool, Bur Dubai in 2014.
