 Burrata

Ingredients

Serves:

4 Slice the fresh burrata balls in half and plate.

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place on the burrata.  Drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil and lightly season with salt and fresh black pepper.

Garnish with fresh young basil leaves and serve.

Method

  • 4x200 gm fresh burrata balls

  • 12-13 cherry tomatoes

  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh young basil to garnish
