Mfarkat Patata (Potato with lamb cube)

Serves:2

Ingredients

500 gm (approx 2 medium sized) potatoes

400 gm lamb loin

150 gm chopped white onion

6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

½ tsp ground black pepper

Salt to taste

Method

Cut the potato and lamb loin into medium-sized cubes.

Boil the potato cubes.

Sauté the onion in olive oil until it turns golden.

Add the lamb cubes to the sautéed onion and mix until half-cooked.

Add the potato cubes, season with salt and black pepper and till well done.
