Asabee Tamer

Serves: 4-6


  • 400 gm tea biscuit
  • 500 gm dates paste
  • 200 gm unsalted butter
  • 200 gm coconut powder


In a medium bowl, crumble the biscuit and mix with the &dates paste.

Melt the butter and add it to the paste. Mix thoroughly.

Roll the dough in the shape of fingers and then roll each piece in coconut powder.

Put the fingers in the refrigerator for one hour.

Serve cold.
