Qatar Airways launches roadshow for US flights
DUBAI — A month prior to the launch of its first services to the United States, Qatar Airways began its four-city promotional roadshow across the GCC, starting off in Dubai yesterday.
In a Press briefing at the Park Hyatt Dubai, Ali Al Rais, Qatar Airways’ General Manager Commercial, said the campaign dubbed ‘USA Roadshow’, will also be held in Kuwait, Bahrain and Doha (Qatar) in the coming days. The roadshow seeks to promote the airline’s entry this summer into the US market with flights to New York commencing on June 26, and to Washington, D.C. starting on July 19.
“The roadshow coincides with the launch of a Gulf-wide media advertising campaign designed to highlight awareness in the GCC markets of Qatar Airways’ new flights being operated from its hub in Doha,” Al Rais said.
