Police launch health drive
ABU DHABI — The Health Awareness Unit in the Health Service Department of Abu Dhabi Police is organising a health awareness campaign to target women who are frequent visitors of the central clinic, in cooperation with the Central Department of Child and Mother Care.
The initiative is in line with the objectives of Abu Dhabi Police to take good care of all segments of society, especially women, officials said.
The campaign focuses on the importance of early detection of breast cancer.
Women will also be educated on how to do self-checkups at home, in addition to regular medical checkups.
