The second season of Dubai Garden Glow is back with a treat to two attractions in one destinations.
Open to the public starting from November 6, visitors to the glow destination at Gate 6 of Zaabeel Park will also get access to a new dinosaur park, featuring 100 animatronic dinosaurs throughout three generations.
But the innovative garden will give twice the experience with the same price of Dh60, set ever since its launch last year by Dubai Municipality.

Eng. Hussain Nasser Lootah, Director General of DM, said the aim to spread a strong message on embracing nature while focusing on a healthy environment.
Walking around the dinosaurs park, visitors will see 60 different varieties of dinosaurs while experiencing edutainment experiences like the Dino Lab, Museum and Zoo.

The main goal is to provide a learning environment to young children and feed off their curiosity about the extinct creatures, noted Chanchal Samanta, director of The Retailers Investment- the company that developed the park.
"Last year, we had two dinosaurs and people showed a lot of interest to know about these creatures. So we set up more models with specifications written for each, to educate visitors on the different species," said Samanta.
Designed under the theme "Lost Horizon," the nature-inspired glow park garden this year will showcase extinct and endangered species of animals and plants, reminding visitors of the importance of nature preservation.
Installations depicting endangered jelly fish, tigers, pandas and different types of flowers are featured in glow park, dubbed the world's largest and the region's first glow destination.

While the park witnessed around 5,000 visitors a day last year, Samanta said a 20 per cent increase in visitors is expected this year.
The family-focused themed destination is the outcome of five million LED lights and over 750,000 man hours. About 500 artisans from across the world worked to put up the 70-acre glow park within the last three months.

Children will also have a dedicated area of edutainment, where the venue includes several games and fun activities to keep them engaged in addition to a large food street that will offer delicacies from around the world.
