Photography works of Dubai Crown Prince on exhibit at Dubai Mall
DUBAI - On the sidelines of the closing ceremony of the first edition of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award, and the announcement of winners in the three award pivots, an exhibition featuring the most prominent works of HH Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, will be held to complement the closing ceremony that will take place on Monday, March 26, 2012. The exhibition, which will feature the works of His Highness , runs until March 31, 2012 at the Grand Atrium of Dubai Mall.
Ali Bin Thalith, Secretary-General of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award, confirmed that His Highness was keen on contributing to the success of this event by exhibiting his select photographs on the sidelines of the closing ceremony, especially given his role as the benefactor of the award and supporter of various activities and events in Dubai. The exhibition - that is free to the public - will also feature some of the best works of photographers who participated in the first edition of the award that was held under the title ‘Love of the Earth’.
Bin Thalith noted that the works of Shaikh Hamdan will feature several stunning images, covering various genres of photography, captured during his travels around the world.
