Outstanding students of RAK school get awards
RAS AL KHAIMAH — Shaikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, presented awards to outstanding students of the Ras Al Khaimah English Speaking School (Rakess) at the annual awards ceremony held at the school premises recently.
Speaking on the occasion, Shaikh Saud said that imparting proper education to the young generation has become the fundamental factor in nation building. “The knowledge economies of today demand that its citizens are endowed with proper skills and training to adapt to the fast-paced changes taking place in the world,” he said.
He noted that students should be instilled with proper attitudes towards work and education. Shaikh Saud also thanked the parents and teachers who had helped the students to make remarkable achievements in various fields.
