Today, reports reveal that the phenomenon is not confined to labourers, but also extends to include highly educated people — to be specific, teachers. We can call them ‘floating teachers’, as some of the private schools trade in visas and supply such teachers to other private schools in need of them.

Meanwhile, such schools are playing dirty tricks and submitting a different list of their staff. In fact, it is a new kind of violation which is getting to be widespread among schools, particularly the private ones. Almost every day, the media reports on such negative happenings in the private education sector.

Definitely, education is one of the most important sectors in the country, and teachers are respected members of society. Therefore, we seek to find a solution to such problems, and we think these solutions will never come unless we confront such problems from which the education sector is suffering.
