INGREDIENTS
. 50 gm butter
. 2 tbsp agave syrup
. 1 tsp sea salt
. ½ cup quinoa flour
. ¼ cup almonds flakes plus extra for the top
. 2 tbsp flax seeds, ground
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients in the bowl and keep in the fridge to rest for 20 minutes. Divide the dough into equal balls and gently press with both the hands. Roll in the sliced almonds.
Heat the oven at 160° C. Bake all the cookies for 12-14 minutes. Cool and serve with tea or coffee.
