On an average, the market sees a presence of over 4,000 visitors everyday, which is double the daily target of 2,000 visitors set earlier.

On the very first day, the Ramadan Night Market opened its doors to 8,500 visitors waiting in a queue to enter Hall no. 7 at the Dubai World Trade Center. The figures speak volumes about the success of the very concept of the fair based on the idea that it is the best destination to find unique gifts for your loved ones this Eid.

The Night Market has 100 exhibitors showcasing apparel, gifting items, electronics, perfumes, cosmetics and jewellery. It begins every evening from 8pm to 3am during Ramadan and will run from 5pm to 12 midnight on Eid.

“We are experiencing a real buzzing market for the past few days, shoppers are flocking and the response so far is overwhelming. We expected 20,000 visitors over 10 days but have achieved this in just four days, so we are very confident of making this show bigger. We have got positive response from the visitors and some very good suggestions that we will consider for the next time. Also we have seen a lot of enquiries from the potential exhibitors, so we expect that our first exhibition will work like an excellent springboard for the next exhibitions,” said visibly excited Sunil Jaiswal, CEO, Sumansa Exhibitions.

Ramesh Chhugani, Managing Director of Sparkle 365, an exhibitor at the Ramadan Night Market, commented, “It has been a wonderful experience and we are expecting to do much better in the coming six days, especially the weekend. It is a very well organised show and we are happy with our decision to participate.” Sparkle 365 is showcasing a collection of branded as well as non-branded handbags, shoes, perfumes, cosmetics, makeup pouches etc. at reasonable prices along with great discounts.

Impressed by the opportunities the market has offered so far, Mohammed Hatamleh, Director of Unoo.ae, said, “We have got quality buyers at our stand since the fair started. Although we thought it would be quiet on weekdays but on the contrary they have been busy and productive. All credit goes to the organisers.”

Ramadan Night Market offers residents and tourists a great opportunity to shop for all their festival needs under one roof.
