During the meeting, the government relations officers voiced their concerns over the lack of printing services within the DNRD premises and the delays experienced at counters while having the applicants’ names checked in the blacklist.

Major Marwan Abdullah Al Jumairi, Head of Labour Permits Department, suggested the setting up of more reception halls to accommodate the visitors.

It was also announced at the meeting that the DNRD will use its JADDED (Renew) system to send out SMS messages to customers, notifying them of the transactions and informing them of the new services.
