Dr Saeed Abdullah Salman, President of the AUST network said that the new assessment programme is part of a comprehensive vision that he had laid out on the basis of three basic principles; education, information and investment.

According to a Press release issued by AUST yesterday, the new mode of assessment will aim to spot the weaknesses and strengths in the academic performance of the students.

Assessment primarily begins with determining clear objectives for each academic programme and then measuring the contribution of each programme to developing and enhancing the academic performance of the students.
