New chief justice for RAK Court of Cassation

His Highness Shaikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has issued an Emiri decree appointing Councillor Mohammed Talal Al-Himsi as the Chief of the Ras Al Khaimah Court of Cassation.

The Ruler also issued two other decrees appointing Councilor Waheed Ahmed Abu Ayash and Councilor Sameeh Saeed Samhan as judges at the Ras Al Khaimah Court of First Instance.

The Ruler welcomed the new judges stressing on his pride at the independence of the judiciary and the rule of law.
