Need to further promote Dubai

DUBAI — The Director-General of Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), Khalid A bin Sulayem, underscored the need for giving further push to Dubai’s marketing and promotional efforts in order to keep the emirate a sought-after business and leisure destination.

DUBAI — The Indian Association Dubai has elected a new managing committee for 2005-07, which will be headed by Khushi Khatwan and have the following office-bearers: Vice-President C.S. Raghavan, General Secretary Rakesh Kabra, Joint Secretary Rakesh Sharma, Treasurer Janardhan Kadekar and Joint Treasurer Vijay Bhatia Uttamchand.

The committee members include Ajay Bhatia, Anand Hegde, Ghanshyam Pagarani, Jasjit Singh Jaaj, K.V. Shankar, M. John, P.K. Chaturvedi, Reji Thomas K, Varghese Thomus and Vinod Kumar Gupta.
