Municipality holds 'open day' for customers

Abu Dhabi - The general manager will be assisted by relevant executives directors in providing the services to customers.

Customers are welcome at the Abu Dhabi City Municipality (ADCM) for one to one meeting with its chief on Sundays and Wednesdays.
Musabbah Mubarak Al Murar, Acting General Manager of ADCM, confirmed the 'Open Day' and said he would receive customers at the municipality headquarters, from next Sunday (May 22).
"This initiative titled the Open Day, is intended to streamline transactional procedures, establish direct communication with the customers, heed to their views about our services and meet their expectations," added Al Murar.
To this end, the municipality has arranged a special office to receive customers at Customers Service Centre, Ground Floor, Head Office, Shaikh Zayed Street.
The general manager will be assisted by relevant executives directors in providing the services to customers.
"This initiative fits well with the objectives of both the Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport and ADCM, and signals the assiduous efforts it makes to establish direct channels of communication with customers. The ADCM believes in the open-door policy, and we also utilise these direct meetings with customers as a real performance indicator to measure our services."
