Brigadier Mohammed Saif Al Zafin, Director of General Department of Traffic said the motorbikes campaign was organised after receiving complaints from residents about youth driving recklessly and making a lot of noise. He said the police campaigns were focused at University City, Al Warqa, Al Mamzar Murdif and Al Nuzha.
