Motorbike and gadget show next month

According to the mall sources, sizzling super bikes, the coolest cruisers, rugged dirt bikes, classic motor bike legends and the toughest ATV's will be on display.

Also on show will be the latest biking gear and the finest electronic gadgets that are expected to set one's pulse racing. Safety equipment and paraphernalia, which are essential for dealing with high-speed machines, will also be displayed.

The sources said that last year's event, which was the first of its kind, had created tremendous enthusiasm among capital residents, both bikers and laymen.

They said that like last year, this year too, the mall was tying up with some of the heavyweights in the biking industry, like BMW, Harley Davidson, Dugati, Polaris, Lockhart Philips, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, Kawasaki etc., which are expected to be present with their latest offerings. The show, which is focused on riders and sports enthusiasts in the country, will also provide visitors with valuable insights into communication equipment.

Aimed at shoppers of all ages, the event will allow biking enthusiasts to have a close view of the machines. With standards constantly rising, major bike manufacturers have achieved the perfect balance of power and performance and capital residents will get a sneak peak into what's in store in the international motoring arena.

"Last year, we had some really exciting fare, like the fastest bike in the world, the Suzuki 1300 GSXR, which was entered into the world's record book for three consecutive years from 1999, with a maximum speed of 336km per hour," said the mall sources.

For the complete "look" visitors to the show can also check out the latest in fashion trends for men, a range of masculine toiletries and the coolest shades and frames. Along with this, some state-of-the-art hi-fi systems, electronic equipment and games can also be seen.
