A marine march organised on the Fujairah Corniche in cooperation with the Fujairah Club for Marine sports has also been planned. Many cultural activities have been lined up, such as seminars and photography contests targeting the ministry staff as well as a series of lectures to raise awareness and spread the spirit of unity among the citizens and residents in the state.

Community visits will also be made to Saqr Hospital, the Handicapped Centre in Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah Hospital, Sharjah City of Humanitarian Services and Khorfakkan Hospital. The events will be held on the instructions of Saqr Ghabash, Minister of Labour, and Mubarak Saeed, Ministry of Labour agent, resulting in the formation of a higher committee at the Ministry level, the role of which is to manage the ministry’s celebrations. Dr Aisha Bent Butti bin Bashr, Assistant Undersecretary of the Support Affairs Services Sector, chaired the sub-committees at the level of employment offices. “We are proud of this great day and will strive to revive the achievements of the UAE,” she said. “We invite all society groups from citizens and residents to participate and celebrate this occasion, which is dear to our hearts.”
