Speaking during the Education Leaders Preparation Course held in Dubai recently, the minister also said efforts are being taken to enhance the skills of academic staff in various institutes.
The Ministry of Education arranged for the course to update its staff members on the latest developments in the education field.
Teachers and Education Zone directors and inspectors took part in the four-day programme.
The minister added that the course is one of the major steps taken by the ministry to encourage decentralisation which requires creating education leaders.
