Mohammed receives new US Consul-General
DUBAI - General Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and UAE Defence Minister, received here yesterday at his office at the World Trade Centre US Consul-General, Jason Davis, who paid him a courtesy call at the beginning of his tenure in the UAE.
Shaikh Mohammed, who warmly welcomed the new US Consul-General, wished him success in discharging his duties of serving the good bilateral ties between the UAE and the United States.
Present at the meeting were Dr Mohammed Khalfan bin Kharbash, Minister of State for Financial and Industrial Affairs, Major-General Musabbah Rashid Al Fattan, Director of the Office of Dubai Crown Prince and UAE Defence Minister and Khalifa Saeed Sulaiman, Director of Dubai's Protocol Department.
