Mohammed receives Iraqi minister
DUBAI - UAE Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum received at Al Marmoum today the Iraqi Minister Defence & Minister of Culture Saadoun Al Dulaimi.
The visiting Iraqi minister delivered to Sheikh Mohammed an invitation from Iraqi President Jalal Talbani to UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to attend the upcoming Arab Summit, scheduled to be held in Baghdad during March 2012.
Al Dulaimi conveyed to Sheikh Mohammed greetings from Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Al Maliki, who wished Sheikh Mohammed continued health and prosperity.
The meeting was attended by Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority H.H. Sheikh Majid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Minister of Youth, Culture and Community Development Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Owais, Director General of the Government of Dubai Media Office (GDMO) Ahmed Abdullah Al Sheikh, Dubai Director of Protocol and Hospitality Khalifa Saeed Suleiman and the accompanying Iraqi delegation.
