Minister condoles schoolboy's death
SHARJAH — The Minister of Education, Dr Hanif Hassan, offered his condolences to the family of the schoolboy who was knocked down by a car in front of his school in Al Azrah area in Sharjah on May 14.
The mother of the deceased is in a state of deep shock and has not spoken since the incident happened.
Meanwhile, Dr Hassan has urged all schools in the emirates to take stricter measures to ensure the safety of students.
Adel Abu Ne'ma, the Principal of Ibn Khaldoon School where the incident happened, said that students and parents from various schools had been coming to the spot where the student died, to offer their condolences. They are placing flowers at the spot.
