DUBAI — McDonald's UAE opens its doors for the public in an unprecedented move for an invitation to take a tour in the kitchen.
Coming as part of McDonald's food quality campaign which was launched earlier this year, the open-door programme is an opportunity for the public to come and have a closer look at the ingredients used, the preparation process, and hygiene and safety measures in place when preparing McDonald's food. Rafic Fakih, McDonald's UAE managing director said, “We are proud of the food we serve to our customers in UAE, and we want them as well to be proud of the food they enjoy every time they visit our restaurants."
