Man charged with raping his sister
DUBAI — The Public Prosecution in Dubai has completed its investigation into a lawsuit filed against an Arab defendant, identified as J.S., for allegedly coercing his sister into having sexual intercourse with him on Novermber 10 last year. J.S., 24, has also been charged with raping his sister and consuming alcohol.
A Dubai Court will hear the case tomorrow. The Public Prosecution said that the defendant had forced his sister, a 14-year-old student, to have sex with him at 4am that day.
At one point, he compelled his sister to lie down on her back and then forcibly stripped her. When the latter wept and screamed for help, he threatened to beat her up if she didn't keep quiet. He then forced her into succumbing to numerous rounds of sexual intercourse.
