Maktoum to inaugurate FNC session
ABU DHABI - The President, His Highness Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, yesterday issued a federal decree convening the first regular session of the 13th legislative chapter of the Federal National Council on Tuesday morning.
His Highness Shaikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, will inaugurate the session in the presence of Their Highnesses Members of the Supreme Council and Rulers of Emirates, deputy rulers, crown princes, ministers, under-secretaries and senior officials. It will start with recitation from the Holy Quran and a welcome speech by the council's oldest member.
