Al Qasr won the overall Best Concierge Team Award and received Dh20,000 in cash plus a trophy.
Other awards and cash prizes were presented including First Class Customer Care Award, Outstanding Knowledge of Culture and Heritage Award, Head Concierge of the Year Award.
