Residents of Ras Al Khaimah are waiting for the implementation of the gesture of the President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who had ordered Adnoc to sell small-sized LPG cylinders to the residents of Ras Al Khaimah for Dh20. The gesture will be implemented by October 1.
Speaking to Khaleej Times, Ahmed Al Baloushi, head of the consumer protection and market control section said that the price of LPG cylinders have been increased by the Ras Al Khaimah Department of Economic Development (RAK DED) because of the increase in gas prices in the international market.
He urged consumers to be aware of the validity of the cylinder and to make sure that they receive the bill with the prices specified by RAK DED.
