List of housing aid beneficiaries published
The Zayed Housing Programme has announced the list of 850 beneficiaries of the housing aid, which ranges between the grants and loans for eligible citizens nationwide.
The move coincides with the Sharjah International Exhibition for Housing, Building Materials, Decoration & Engineering and Consultancy (DECOBUILD 2013), which is being organised for the first time from March 20-23 at Sharjah Expo Centre.
The programme offers a variety of services to the beneficiaries, corresponding with delivery of housing aid decisions, which provides wider opportunities to contractors and private project owners in the areas of engineering consultancy, construction materials and decoration and furniture.
Eng. Abdullah Khamis Al Khadim, Executive Manager for Engineering and Housing at Zayed Hosuing Programme affirmed during the ‘Partners Forum’ organised by the Programme yesterday at the first session of DECOBUILD 2013 that the programme’s participation in the first edition of DECOBUILD aims at adopting initiatives that contribute to achieving housing stability and the programme’s objectives through provision of services after obtaining housing aid.
He noted that the Programme signed seven partnership agreements with the private sector firms in various fields, bringing the total number of partnerships to 100, offering competitive quotations to the beneficiaries of the housing aid decisions.
