The light is about to come back into your life as Dubai Garden Glow (DGG) - "the world's largest unique theme park" - puts the switches on for its fourth season. In this edition, it promises to be bigger and better, so get ready to be dazzled! Magnify the magic this season, says DGG - and you know exactly why: nothing quite like an evening out here for the whole family, because "there's something for everyone" has never shone through as brightly.
Other than the Glow Park, Dinosaurs Park and Ice Park, DGG presents, for the first time - as a nod to the love of art and all things artistic and sustainable in the city - Art Park, boasting artworks and installations using recyclable glass, porcelain, plastic bottles/dishes and CDs.

After the whopping success of the previous chapters, this year's theme is 'Glowing Safari'. The idea is simple: you don't really need to hit the African safari trail to get a sense of adventure; instead, drop by at DGG and be enthralled by wildlife that have been recreated innovatively - and uniquely. Imagine, a safari trek in Glow Park with incandescent animals all around, a colourful flower valley with dynamic, moving blossoms, a glittering butterfly trail. the list goes on, but perhaps it's best you don on the hat of an adventurer yourself, and be bewitched by the impact of 10 million energy saving bulbs.
When you enter the sub-zero environs of Ice Park (nicknamed 'Dubai's coolest hangout'), the largest ice sculpture zone in the region, you may just freeze in your tracks - in amazement. The Frozen Glowing Safari theme has been manifested in artfully illuminated and elegantly crafted animal installations, using 5,000 tons of ice.

Dinosaurs Park - which has been a top draw for curious children and adults alike - takes you back in time to the Jurassic Age with its 100 animatronic dinosaurs and education stops (including a dino museum), while rides and amusement kiosks provide a playful experience to youngsters.
DGG will also host live musical shows and a wide array of performances by top talents in the UAE. And in case you want to dig in to some tasty treats, there's an entire food pavilion catering to your culinary needs.

Located in Zabeel, close to the World Trade Centre, DGG is strategic enough to draw in the crowds from all across the emirates. Tickets are priced at Dh65 (incl VAT) per pax; entry gives you access to Glow Park, Dinosaurs Park and Art Park. For Ice Park, there's a separate entry fee of Dh45 (which includes gear and safety equipment). You can buy tickets online as well, visit: www.dubaigardenglow.com
