Mahmoud Musa Salam, Food Safety Director of Mint S Company who delivered the lecture, said that the matter has added significance to the pace of development in the economic, social and cultural areas which had brought about a change in the mode of food and a spurt in the number of restaurants.
Salam shed light on different kinds of food infections as well as reasons for food contamination such as chemical, physical and biological sources.
