ABU DHABI — The President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has sent a cable of congratulations to Argentine’s President-elect Cristina Fernandez on her election.

His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has also sent a similar cable to the Argentine’s President-elect.
