Law to regulate grazing
ABU DHABI — The President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as the Ruler of Abu Dhabi, has issued the Law No. 8/200, amending certain provisions of Law No. 13/2005, regulating grazing activities in Abu Dhabi emirate.
According to article 1 of the new amendment, the phares ‘local authority’ and , ‘environment authority’, shall be amended to ‘concerned authority’ and ‘environment authority in Abu Dhabi’.
