Khalifa charity to repair houses of nationals hit by tremors
ABU DHABI — Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Charity Foundation has offered to repair the houses of nationals damaged in a recent tremor in areas on the country’s East Coast. The foundation will bear all the expenses needed for renovation work.
The tremor caused light to medium damages to several house from Fujeirah to Dibba Al Murabba. Executive director of the foundation Mohammed Haji Khouri said that
the initiative reflected the humanitarian concern of the foundation and its focus on aid at domestic level. He added that a technical committee from the foundation had already estimated the damages.
