The ceremony was attended by a host of dignitaries including the Jordanian consul-general, senior government officials, prominent members of the Jordanian community and the proud parents of the 15 students who were awarded the coveted distinction.
The students honoured at the event are Alaa Abdul Jaber Al A’araj, Riham Emaad Al Ajouz, Dana Hana Zarafeely, Huba Mahmoud, Anees Kamuludin Al Khalidy, Hamzah Aqeef Taha, Yasmin Mohammed Abu Kaheel, Susuan Abdul kareem Al Khayat, Abeer Fuad Abul Fahm, Ala’a Wahid Isa, Mu’awiya Mohammed Saeed Nafa’a, Mohammed Hatem Abdul Rauf,Huab Al Re’awy, Qutaiba Salama Al Balawi and Sami Mohammed Hasunah.
The awardees were presented with a cash prize, a certificate of excellence and a plaque.
Speaking at the occasion Riad Kamal, Chairman of Jordan Business Council, said: “The award is in recognition of the academic achievements as well as the social contribution of these bright students. This is a clear indication that such students, given the right direction and backing, will play a pivotal role in business and industry later on. The council congratulates all the students who have been honoured today.”
