Interview dates announced for medical specialties

ABU DHABI - The Central Curative Medicine Department at the Ministry of Health has released the quarterly interviews schedule 2004 for different medical specialties.

According to the timetable, radiologists will have until today for submitting their applications. Registration will start on February 8 and interviews will be conducted on February 15. The interviews for ophthalmologists will be conducted on February 8 and for optometrists the interviews will be held on February 10.

Registration for dermatologists will be held on February 11 and interview will be conducted on February 18, applications could be submitted during the month of January.

Physiotherapists should register on February 16 and the relevant documents should be submitted by today while the interviews will be conducted on February 24.

Registration for general surgeons will commence on March 7, and the last date for applications is today and the interviews will be held on March 14. Obstetricians and gynaecologist could submit their applications during the entire month of February while registration will be open on March 9 and interview will be held on March 15. Registration for anaesthesia doctors will start on March 14 while interview will be held on March 21 and the files will be submitted during the entire month of February while anaesthesia technicians should register on March 16 and the interview will be held on March 24 and required papers could be submitted during the month of February. Interns should register on March 17 and the interview will be conducted on March 24 while applications should be submitted during the month of February. Pathologists should register on March 2 and the interview will take place on March 8 while screening will be conducted on February 15.

The registration for histopathologists will commence on March 2 while the interview will be held on March 9 and the screening will be carried out on February 15.
