Interaction with AMAF beneficiaries
The Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation (AMAF), have launched an initiative to increase interaction with its beneficiaries and develop a better understanding of their needs and requirements.
Through a series of monthly open meetings between senior, management and foundation beneficiaries, the AMAF aims to raise the foundation’s customer service levels and contribute to faster, more effective communication channels.
Ahmed Hassan Nasser, Director of Investment Department, is meeting with beneficiaries on every Tuesday, and Huda Al Mannai, Director of the Department of Minors, conducts meetings on Wednesdays.
