Immigration staff undergoes training
DUBAI — The Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department has been training its staff on finalising all transactions under the new visa rules.
DNRD continues to offer its services to public through its main branch in Jaffilya and over 16 external centres in Dubai, with 406 employees to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
The Hatta Centre is offering a special service to elders as it is delivering their documents after transactions are completed directly to their residences.
DNRD's external centres are located at Abu Hail Centre, Bab Al Shams Resort, Jebel Ali, Dnata Al Quoz, Bin Soughat Centre, Hyatt Regency, Dnata, Karama Centre, Emirates Airlines at Ramool, Hatta, Um Sequim.
The rest of the DNRD centres serve specifically the high number of customers working at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai Police Headquarters, Dubai Media City, Jebel Ali Free Zone and Industrial City.
