It was the first show and a unique event as Husain, the biggest fan of Bollywood heartthrob, went to great lengths to ensure she had a grand welcome. The show was a coming together of a winning combination of the artist and his muse.

The movie being highly entertaining and eminently watchable was the icing on the cake. “I got the idea of organising a special show of ‘Aaja Nachle’ only four days ago and culminated in this special show,” said a very satisfied looking Husain who was mobbed by fans vying for his autograph and waiting to be photographed with him before and after the show.

“I was playing this one blind fold,“ he said at the end of the show. “I didn’t know what the film would be like and did not expect it to be so good. I enjoyed it very much,” said Husain.

The spontaneous applause and catcalls from the audience whenever Madhuri gyrated to the rhythms of songs and flashed her dazzling smile proved that the people had thoroughly enjoyed the film.
