Championship Gaming Series (CGS) is the first worldwide professional video gaming League, televised to more than 100 million households in five continents.

With teams located in the world’s most important cities, CGS is bringing its unparalleled level of competition to Dubai during DSS 2007 as the league searches for gamers who want to participate in the world’s premium competitive gaming experience.

The larger-than-life experience begins when CGS hosts a gaming qualifier event at Dubai Festival City from July 18 to 21, 2007 and players battle it out on the four CGS official PC and Xbox 360 games, to qualify for the upcoming CGS Regional Championship and Official Draft later this year.

Good players may be selected to join an official CGS team and earn up to $100,000 or more annually as professional gamers.

The Dubai event is free to all competitors and spectators.

More information about the league, the competitions, and qualification processes can be got through the website www.thecgs.com.
