Housing establishment staff learns telephonic skills

DUBAI — Engineer Rashid Mohammed Al Mutawwa, Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE), participated briefly in the three-day training course organised by the establishment for its staff to acquire telephonic skills.

The lecture focused on some core subjects related to telecommunication, including the principles and art of talking on the phone, the conduct and good manners of a telephone operator, the basic rules of telephone conversation, the use of fax and telex machines.

He also stressed on the best way to handle “embarrassing” phone calls and other telephone-related manners.

At the end of the course, Al Mutawwa distributed certificates to the participants. Al Mutawwa added, “The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment is committed to developing and polishing the skills of its human resources in order to deliver excellent services to its clientele.
