The maids from the company are trained in services that include house cleaning, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, laundry cleaning and ironing, pet care, window cleaning and party help. "All the services are available during weekdays from Saturday to Thursday (from 8am to 6pm). We have our party help services available during the weekends as well," he added.
With 15 vans and more than 150 employees, Home Maids has highly trained staff who provide relevant services that they have been appointed for. Notes Ahmed, "If you want trustworthy and outstanding quality service, call Home Maids."
The company's technological advancement makes it stand apart from the competitors. "Our scheduling software allows us to book our maids in the most productive manner. Customers can make the booking on their own, as the feature is available on our mobile app. Our teams work in coordination, like an orchestra," the Administration Manager revealed.
All phone calls at Home Maids are recorded to improve customer service. "Our customer feedback officer collects response from every customer," he quipped. The company provides holistic training to its staff, especially maids - who form the backbone of the business. "They are trained in everything from etiquettes like smiling while entering a customer's premises to saying good bye while leaving. Coming to the safety record, we make sure that whoever we hire has a police clearance. This gives us confidence that they do not have a criminal background."
Home Maids is planning to expand to other parts of the GCC in future. "We have been here for a decade. When we say that our objective is a 'clean home' for our clients, we mean it. In the service industry, there is always room for improvement; it is the perception that is needed to understand what needs to be improved," Ahmed concluded.
