Customers who fill in the comment card will get a chance to win three cash prizes of Dh2,000 in a raffle draw to be held every three months.

The ‘Express Yourself and Win’ campaign begins on Saturday, January 3, 2004, at all 73 post offices of Emirates Post.

The aim is to convey the message that Emirates Post cares for its customers and values their opinions and comments.

The comment cards in English and Arabic will be given to any customer who completes a transaction at any post office.

Customers can then drop the completed comment cards at designated boxes placed at every post office.

“As a customer-focused postal corporation, Emirates Post is aiming to upgrade its service standards through this customer feedback programme with the help of our regular customers,” said Abdulla Al Daboos, Director General of Emirates Post.

“It is a well orchestrated campaign that will enable us to understand the needs of our customers and help us introduce improved services based on customer responses and preferences.”

“The ‘Express Yourself and Win’ campaign will serve as a complaint reporting mechanism, allowing customer suggestions and complaints to be communicated directly to the concerned sections at Emirates,” Mr Al Daboos added.

“It will also enable us to build a database of customers who can be reached at a later date for seeking responses on specific issues or projects. We also feel the campaign will boost motivation among our counter staff to deliver high quality services to customers.”

The Customer Feedback Campaign will be an ongoing year-round programme providing constant customer feedback to Emirates Post management on all aspects of services and products offered at post offices.

The draw to pick the three winners of the Dh2,000 prize will take place quarterly on the 20th of March, June, September and December, 2004.

Winners will be informed by telephone and asked to collect the prize from the nearest main post office.

“We would like to involve all the postal zones in the UAE in this customer response programme,” said Mr Al Daboos.

“We have instructed all zonal managers to assist encourage and assist the public in taking part in this initiative and also inform them about their chance of winning prizes.”

“We would like all our customers to be part of this feedback programme to help us to serve them better, and also win some cash prizes in the process.”
