Greetings sent to Indonesia, Turkmenistan and Austria
ABU DHABI — The President, His Highness Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono of Indonesia on his election as the new president of Indonesia.
His Highness Shaikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, sent similar cables to the new Indonesian leader.
Shaikh Zayed and Shaikh Maktoum also sent separately cables of greetings to President Saparmurad Niyazov of Turkmenistan and Heinz Fischer, President of Austria, on their countries’ national days.
