Gold group offers prizes during DSS

DUBAI — The Dubai Gold and Jewellery Group (DGJG) is offering shoppers a chance to win daily prizes of Dh10,000 and nine weekly bumper prizes of Dh50,000 in gold and jewellery vouchers during this year's Dubai Summer Surprises, which runs from June 19 to August 22.

Shoppers have the opportunity to go home with a total of Dh1.1 million in prizes by purchasing Dh300 worth of gold or jewellery from any of the participating Dubai Gold and Jewellery Group member outlets during the 65 days of DSS.

Over 300 jewellery outlets across Dubai are offering the chance to win attractive prizes.

These include stand-alone shops as well as those in major shopping malls, including Gold Land, Gold House and Gold Centre. Gold Souq and Meena Bazaar, which have a high concentration of jewellery shops, will sport a festive look.

The group, which represents over 700 members of Dubai's jewellery trade, is known for its gold and jewellery raffles that play a major role in the success of Dubai Shopping Festival and Dubai Summer Surprises by offering all shoppers spectacular opportunities to win kilograms of gold in prizes.
